Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our established team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our company's IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks. You are responsible for focusing on keeping our organization’s data and systems secure.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with software installations and upgrades.
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and peripherals:

• Server/storage HW management (Dell PowerEdge, Dell Unity)

• Internal network configuration/construction and maintenance

• Security software introduction/management (DLP, ITAM, DMD VPN, etc.)

• Support for server room construction/management and office expansion relocation

• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, patch management, and software updates.
• Upgrade our network and infrastructure systems
• Implement and maintain security controls, identify and solve potential and actual security problems
• Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating security requirements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments relevant to the company's IT environment.
• Provide training and support to end users on basic IT tasks and applications

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of IT-related work experience
• Strong knowledge of network configuration, construction, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with security solutions such as MDM, VPN, DLP, and ITAM.
• A person with smooth communication skills
• Technical knowledge and experience in LAN, WAN, EUC, Server, and Storage
• Experience in vendor management and collaboration
