Device Management & Support
Deploy, configure, and manage Windows devices using
Microsoft Intune
.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
Manage device compliance and enforce security policies through Azure AD and Intune.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Administer
Microsoft Azure
resources, including virtual machines, user access, and resource groups.
Support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) setup, user provisioning, and access control.
Assist in maintaining VPNs, network configurations and connectivity between environments.
Linux Administration
Perform basic to intermediate
Linux system administration
, including user management, service monitoring, and file system maintenance.
Troubleshoot Linux-based servers or tools used in engineering or backend infrastructure.
General IT Operations
Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.
Manage software installation, updates, and license compliance.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, access, laptops, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems meet business and security requirements.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of
Microsoft Intune
,
Azure AD
, and
Windows device management
.
Familiarity with
Azure portal administration
and cloud-based infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with
Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat, or similar)
environments.
Knowledge of
network fundamentals
,
VPN/IPSec
, and
firewall basics
.
General troubleshooting skills for laptop hardware and software issues.
