• Device Management & Support
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune .
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
• Manage device compliance and enforce security policies through Azure AD and Intune.
• Cloud & Infrastructure
• Administer Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, user access, and resource groups.
• Support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) setup, user provisioning, and access control.
• Assist in maintaining VPNs, network configurations and connectivity between environments.
• Linux Administration
• Perform basic to intermediate Linux system administration , including user management, service monitoring, and file system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot Linux-based servers or tools used in engineering or backend infrastructure.
• General IT Operations
• Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation.
• Manage software installation, updates, and license compliance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, access, laptops, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems meet business and security requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune , Azure AD , and Windows device management .
• Familiarity with Azure portal administration and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat, or similar) environments.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals , VPN/IPSec , and firewall basics .
• General troubleshooting skills for laptop hardware and software issues.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to assist non-technical users.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
