As a key member of our IT Security team, you’ll help mature our processes and infrastructure, transitioning from external vendor services to robust internal operations. New Hire Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate and manage all IT-related aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding
Procure, provision, and manage hardware and software for new hires
Create and manage user accounts and access controls, ensuring seamless employee integration and departures
Helpdesk management
Monitor and manage incoming IT support tickets for a mixed remote and onsite workforce
Prioritize and triage tickets based on urgency and impact
IT Project Management
Lead and manage IT projects to maturity, enhancing systems, infrastructure, and processes
Drive continuous improvement through structured project management methodologies
Troubleshooting and problem resolution
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (Mac, PC, Chromebooks) efficiently
Configure and manage JAMF Pro for Mac devices, Google Workspace for Chrome devices
Collaborate with vendors for advanced support as necessary
What You’ll Achieve
Robust security posture protecting patients and business
Compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA
Clearly defined service-level agreements (response time, resolution time, etc.)
High onboarding success rate
Positive employee survey metrics (NPS)
Ensure Origin continues to be known for its life-changing patient care at a local and national level.
Salary range for this position is $80,00-90,000 based on experience.

About you
Your Professional Experience Includes
5+ years of experience in IT onboarding & offboarding processes (vendor negotiation experience preferred)
5+ years managing helpdesk operations (familiarity with ticketing systems strongly desired)
Demonstrated IT project management experience, leading initiatives from inception to completion
Exceptional attention to detail
5+ years experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
