Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Program / Project Manager to support mission-focused programs within a highly technical environment. The PM will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and translate technical requirements into actionable project plans to deliver secure and effective solutions.
Lead delivery of IT systems integration and engineering projects
Translate customer requirements into technical roadmaps and execution plans
Coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, and analytics teams
Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables
Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams
Track program performance and provide leadership reporting
Ensure delivery aligns with mission objectives and security requirements
Support development of technical documentation, dashboards, and reports

Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC) or federal mission environment
Experience with information security / cybersecurity programs
Familiarity with data visualization tools or dashboards
Knowledge of operating systems at administrative or kernel levels
Strong project leadership and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams

Desired Skills
Agile or Scrum experience
Experience supporting systems integration programs
PMP or similar certification
