Who We Are Looking For Slate is looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced IT Integration Engineer to join our growing team. The IT Integration Engineer plays a critical role in designing and implementing data and application integrations between corporate systems to be efficient and aligned with business requirements. The IT Integration Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems integrations across the enterprise iPaaS platform. The ideal candidate will bring experience with integration designs and methods, strong collaboration skills, and a broad understanding of typical automotive and corporate processes.

What You Get To Do

Design and implement system integrations, including gathering requirements, analyzing user needs and system requirements, and developing integration strategies.
Develop and execute test cases, ensuring the functionality and performance of the system integration.
Troubleshoot integration issues, identifying and resolving integration and deployment issues.
Collaborate with other professionals, working with business SMEs and IT staff to optimize system integration.
Document integration processes, creating technical documentation and analyzing existing systems and databases.
Monitor system performance, making necessary changes and updates post-integration.
Provide technical support, ensuring that integrations comply with company standards and industry regulations.

What You Bring To The Team

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT integrations and implementations.
Familiarity with various integration methodologies, system architectures, and application programming.
Deep technical knowledge of iPaaS platforms (i.e., Fuuz, Boomi, Celigo), APIs, JSON, JSonata, XML, batch file processing, integration orchestration & choreography, EDI.

Physical Requirements

Must have the ability to travel (up to 10%).
Must have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Must have the ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
