Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary
IT Infrastructure Architect
to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise-grade infrastructure. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level business requirements and robust, scalable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of full-stack infrastructure especially with Database and RHEL designs—from physical hardware and virtualization to cloud orchestration—and has a proven track record of managing complex integration projects.

Soft Skills & Experience
Experience:
Minimum of 8–10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Architecture or Senior Lead role.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements.
Communication:
Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical executives.
Mentorship:
Proven ability to guide engineering teams through complex cutovers and migrations.
Preferred Certifications:
RHCSA
or
RHCE
(Red Hat Certified System Administrator/Engineer).
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
or Rancher-specific certifications.
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
DBA certification in MongoDB, Oracle, Postgress or MSSQL
ITIL v4 Foundation.

Architectural Leadership:
Lead the design and evolution of enterprise infrastructure blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
Infrastructure Design:
Create high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD) documents for compute, storage, networking, and security layers.
Linux & Database Administration:
Act as a subject matter expert for Linux environments (RHEL/Ubuntu) and complex database architectures, ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.
Systems Integration:
Manage the seamless integration of legacy systems with modern cloud or hybrid environments.
Standardization:
Develop and maintain organizational infrastructure standards, documentation, and best practices.
Project Oversight:
Provide technical governance and oversight during the deployment phase to ensure implementations strictly follow architectural designs.
Optimization:
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Frameworks:
TOGAF Certification
Operating Systems:
Expert-level proficiency in
Linux Administration
(CentOS, RHEL, or Debian-based systems).
Databases:
Strong experience in designing and managing enterprise database environments (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB).
Virtualization & Cloud:
Deep knowledge of VMware, KVM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Containerization:
Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker orchestration for modern infrastructure delivery.
Security:
Solid understanding of infrastructure security, including firewalls, VPNs, encryption at rest/transit, and IAM.
