Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze, and develop user requirements.
• Work with cross-functional technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements before transitioning to user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support users during UAT and provide training to end-users (if required).
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business processes, data flows, high-level user interfaces, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
• Track project progress and report updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Support users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Consult business users to provide advice and support.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Logical thinking, agile, and open mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using tools for documentation, issue analysis, and timeline management.
• Extensive understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
