The main mission is to implement a robust interface with countries, enhance our capabilities to deliver customer connection timely and at the right cost, as well as securing consistent value of the service with connectivity availability.

What will you do?

• Act as the interface with country and regional teams managing Site connections backlog execution.
• Monitor connected sites with communication issues (e.g., gateways offline) and coordinate resolution with global CSH agents and local IoT engineers. Build a book of good practices.
• Build and maintain the view of the Connected Services Hub "provisioning" backlog; align with the Projects and Services teams to anticipate future connections and define the Business Intelligence tools needed at central and country levels.
• Reinforce playbooks and troubleshooting knowledge for CSH agents.
• Own the transfer process from IoT engineers to CSH; build a strong interface and implement processes and gates to ensure proper handoff, data quality, gateway configuration, and network stability.
• Support deployment and usage of the project execution tool (Handover Tool).
• Document and coordinate resolution of CSH pain points related to IoT engineer data and data quality, including partial hand off packages and low-quality provisioning documentation; drive action plans to improve.
• Provide support for Gateways for CSH agents.
• Support resolution of EAA API communication issues.
• Act as the cybersecurity referent for CSH.
• Validate custom models created by global IoT engineers and ensure countries use the correct versions.
• Create and maintain the global repository of custom models (CWP/EPC), ensuring data quality.

What qualifications will make you successful in this role?

• Education : Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication, Electrical Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience : 5–10 years in Automation, IoT, Networking, or Industrial Automation.
• Strong technical support capabilities and experience working with international teams.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, IEC61850 .
• Experience with gateway/relay configurations is an additional advantage.
• Cybersecurity knowledge relevant to IoT environments.
• Understanding of Schneider Electric’s digitization journey.
• Experience working within Salesforce (ADT + FDS) .
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior technical colleagues.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Broad knowledge of Schneider Electric’s installed base and digital offers.
