Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Investor Relations Specialist to join our on-site team in Chennai. The role involves managing relationships with current and potential investors, preparing financial and investment-related reports, and crafting compelling communication materials. The individual will organize investor meetings, respond to queries, and provide updates on company performance and strategy. The role requires working closely with the finance and leadership teams to align messaging with the organization's goals while addressing investor concerns and fostering strong partnerships.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Investor Relations and skillsets in building and fostering investor relationships
Background in Investments and Finance with the ability to analyze financial data accurately
Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and market trends for effective decision-making
Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations and reports to diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in preparing investor-focused materials, financial summaries, and high-level presentations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
