Our partner is seeking an experienced professional to support deal evaluation on a project-based basis. Their firm targets essential businesses within America’s industrial and regulated sectors, often in growth equity or late-stage buyout scenarios (including LBOs). As deal volume increases, we are looking to outsource portions of financial analysis to someone who can operate with minimal oversig
