Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join our investment team in Warsaw. You will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting the next generation of category-defining startups. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the CEE tech ecosystem, working alongside experienced investors to deploy capital into high-growth technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and network with promising early-stage founders and monitor the startup ecosystem for new investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial, market, and product analysis to evaluate potential investments, including competitor benchmarking and founder references.
• Investment Memos: Prepare high-quality investment committee materials and financial models to support the decision-making process.
• Portfolio Support: Assist existing portfolio companies with operational challenges, market research, and follow-on fundraising efforts.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of technology trends and develop sector-specific investment theses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven analytical background (e.g., Investment Banking, Consulting, or a high-growth Startup environment).
• Great communication skills and likability

• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication and networking abilities in both Polish and English.
