Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Islamabad. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inventory operations, including maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and coordinating with the warehouse team. They will ensure timely stock audits, assist with inventory control measures, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient communication across teams will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management techniques
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate reporting and stock level optimization
• Ability to work effectively in on-site and team-based settings
• Familiarity with inventory management tools or ERP systems is a plus
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in supply chain management or a related field is advantageous
