About Us

At Swiss Engineering Partners (SwissEP), we work with industry-leading companies to bring cutting-edge AI

and robotics into real applications. As a small team, you’ll have big responsibility, direct impact, and the

opportunity to prototype real solutions, talk to customers, and gain hands-on experience.

What You’ll Work On

A prototype of a robotic cell using a 6-axis robot with a novel Computer Vision System
Development and design of subsystems for a robotic cell
Analysis of your designs to ensure safety and adherence to standards
Management of the manufacturing of the subsystems
Testing and implementation of the subsystems with PLC and Robot programing
Presentation of the Robotic cell at a fair with SwissEP and the customer

Requirements

Strong background in CAD design and drafting (Onshape knowledge is a plus)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a hands-on mindset
Familiarity with robotics, machine design, and industrial automation
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment

Nice-to-Have

Practical experience in assembling and wiring electrical supplies, sensors and motors, including mechanical integration and on-site system work
Knowledge of PLC programing with TwinCAT
Experience with ABB Robot Studio
Experience with modeling and rendering in Blender

Who Should Apply

Students or Graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field BSc

completed or higher. Ideal for people who thrive when challenged and enjoy working independently with

responsibility.
