• Implement a database to manage all the contracts;

• Review, analyze, and help organize all existing contracts (suppliers, consultants, clients, etc.), and draft any missing agreements as needed;

• Support the management team in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting international contracts;

• Draft internal legal memos on various business law topics and data protection issues;

• Provide legal guidance to Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Research and Academic Partnership teams, offering actionable legal solutions;

• Ensure ongoing legal monitoring and communicate relevant updates to the teams;

• Assist in organizing and managing legal documentation and contribute to broader administrative support within the legal department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law or Contract Law . This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement.

• You are looking for an internship for the beginning of 2026.

• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken);

• Previous internship or experience in contract law is a strong asset;

• Knowledge of French law is a big plus;

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;

• Ability to take ownership of drafting and following up on legal documents;

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
