• Identify and nurture prospects, ensuring they express interest in further discussions.
• Conduct warm transfers and collect key details for the next sales steps.

Appointment Setting

• For leads not ready for live transfer, schedule appointments via the CRM and collect all

necessary details.

• Set up at least 3-4 appointments daily to maintain a robust pipeline.

CRM Management

• Log call notes, outcomes, and appointments in the CRM system daily, adhering to company

protocols.

• Update lead statuses and manage the sales pipeline with precision.

Follow-Ups & Reporting

• Execute relentless follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
• Prepare and share daily activity reports, including calls made, outcomes achieved, and

appointments scheduled.

Qualifications

• Experience in International Sales is a must.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and nurture international clients effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM management and lead tracking systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to log activities, notes, and appointments accurately.
• Adaptability to different time zones and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
