Job Description Cold Calling & Lead Engagement

Make 100+ dials daily with a quality conversation focusing on lead engagement and quality

Engage prospects through cold calls, text messaging, emails, and live transfers to initiate

interest and generate qualified leads.

Interest Generation & Warm Transfers

Identify and nurture prospects, ensuring they express interest in further discussions.
Conduct warm transfers and collect key details for the next sales steps.

Appointment Setting

For leads not ready for live transfer, schedule appointments via the CRM and collect all

Set up at least 3-4 appointments daily to maintain a robust pipeline.

Log call notes, outcomes, and appointments in the CRM system daily, adhering to company

Update lead statuses and manage the sales pipeline with precision.

Follow-Ups & Reporting

Execute relentless follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
Prepare and share daily activity reports, including calls made, outcomes achieved, and

appointments scheduled.

Experience in International Sales is a must.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and nurture international clients effectively.
Proficiency in CRM management and lead tracking systems.
Detail-oriented with the ability to log activities, notes, and appointments accurately.
Adaptability to different time zones and willingness to work flexible hours.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Information

Time: UK Shift Salary: 30K CTC - 40K CTC
