Role Overview:

The candidate will support the DriveTech sales team in lead generation, customer outreach, CRM management, and sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling and customer outreach to generate leads.
• Assist in social media marketing and email campaigns .
• Maintain and update Zoho CRM , including lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Support customer communication and follow-ups with prospects.
• Assist in sales coordination and back-office activities from enquiry to payment (case-to-case basis).

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales or marketing
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Organized and proactive approach to follow-ups

Qualification:

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field.
