Key Responsabilities

• Explore and curate existing multi-omics and functional datasets for PDOs across passages.

• Design and implement drift metrics at genomic, transcriptomic, and functional levels.

• Perform statistical analyses and data visualization (clustering, dimensionality reduction, trajectory-like analyses, correlation with growth/response).

• Present results regularly to the computational biology and wet lab teams.

• Document your code and analyses so they can be reused by the team.Needs to have

• BSc, MSc, MEng or any related diploma in the field of computational biology, computer science or machine learning

• Strong quantitative background and prior experience in computational biology and/or machine learning

• Genuine curiosity and energy to explore new projects

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills

• Proficiency in English

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in working with the modern code development toolbox
• Past experience in bioinformatics or the manipulation of genomic data is a plus
• Very good quantitative skills and a demonstrated ability to apply them in real-world environments
