We're looking for an Intermediate Software & AI Engineer to join our product team. You'll work across the full stack while helping us build intelligent features that turn complex manufacturing data into real, actionable insights. If you're the kind of engineer who gets excited about shipping AI-powered tools that solve messy, real-world problems — not just building demos — this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Build and improve our web application using React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Design and integrate AI-powered features — think agentic workflows, natural language interfaces, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics — into a platform used by real operators on real factory floors.
• Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to connect AI capabilities with our platform's data and services.
• Work across cloud infrastructure, databases, and APIs to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers to shape what we build and how we build it.
• Stay on the leading edge of AI tooling and bring ideas back to the team — we move fast and love to experiment.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack work.
• Strong skills in React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Solid cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts — LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic patterns — and a desire to go deeper.
• Experience or strong interest in building AI-powered features for production use.
• Familiarity with relational and time-series data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication — you can explain your thinking to both engineers and non-engineers.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or working with MCP servers and tool integrations.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks or vector databases.
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial automation, or IoT systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, or DevOps practices.
