What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing Resource Consent applications for a wide range of land use and subdivision activities.
- Carrying out feasibility studies and due diligence assessments to unlock development potential.
- Supporting senior planners on complex projects—think Plan Changes, regional consents and hearing evidence.
What We’re Looking For
- A relevant planning qualification and solid understanding of NZ planning legislation.
- 3+ years’ experience in planning.
- Someone who’s proactive, curious and loves learning.
- A team player who can also work independently and bring positive energy to the group.
