The Role We have the technology and the vision; we are now seeking a Chief Executive Officer to build the engine that delivers it.

The CEO will serve as the commercial architect and executive leader of CellClar. In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Board of Directors and partner with the Founders to translate the company’s established vision into a scalable, operational reality. You will hold full P&L ownership and responsibility for the "how"-defining the strategy, securing the capital, and driving the day-to-day execution required to bridge the gap between scientific potential and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising & Financial Architecture

• Chief Fundraiser: Spearhead all capital-raising initiatives. You will own the narrative and execution for securing Pre-seed/Seed/Series A investment, high-value grants, and philanthropic capital.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring robust P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and the development of a sustainable revenue model that supports our non-profit status.
• Investor Relations: Act as the primary interface for investors, building confidence through transparent reporting on both commercial growth and social impact metrics.

2. Commercial Growth & Market Impact

• Direct Sales Leadership: You will not just manage sales; you will be the company's primary closer. You will personally lead negotiations and secure our initial high-value Enterprise pilots and partnerships with pharmaceutical partners and research institutions.
• Scaling Impact: Develop and execute a 3-5 year strategic plan focused on scaling platform accessibility, user adoption, and hitting social impact targets.
• Business Development: Drive the transition from platform development to market adoption, expanding the platform's reach across Global North and Global South markets.

3. Operational Leadership & Strategy Execution

• Operationalise the Vision: Convert the Board’s high-level vision into actionable quarterly and annual operating plans. You are responsible for the roadmap to reality.
• Executive Oversight: Provide day-to-day management of all functional areas, including platform development, research partnerships, and business operations.
• Governance: Ensure strict statutory compliance and adherence to CIC social mission mandates as the primary fiduciary officer.

4. Team & Culture

• Build the Team: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing executive team capable of executing the business strategy.
• Culture: Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and unwavering commitment to the "dual bottom line" (financial sustainability + social impact).
