Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Software Developer who will play a critical role in managing and mentoring a team of developers while actively contributing to the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Node.js, React.js, and MySQL, and should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers.
• Drive code reviews, pair programming, and tech mentoring to build team capability.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer / 2 years of managerial experience.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Expertise in Node.js and React.js.
• Strong experience with MySQL and understanding of relational database design.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
• Experience with deployment and CI/CD processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Exposure to GraphQL and NoSQL databases.
• Prior experience working in EdTech or product-based companies.
