Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
1.Market Strategy & Business Development:
a.Develop and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the Southeast Asia region, with a focus on Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
b.Proactively identify, target, and cultivate deep, high-level relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CTO, COO, Director of Data Center Operations, Head of Facilities, Procurement Leaders) at leading international data center operators (e.g., Equinix, Digital Realty, Global Switch, NTT, STT GDC).
2.Solution Selling:
a.Gain a deep understanding of customer challenges related to energy consumption, PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) limitations, and ESG pressures.
b.Act as a solution expert, clearly articulating the technical advantages and business value (e.g., PUE reduction, electricity cost savings, carbon footprint reduction) of our AI-powered solution through compelling proposals and ROI analysis.
3.Full-Cycle Sales Management:
a.Independently manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and needs analysis to solution demos, technical workshops, commercial negotiations, and contract closing.
b.Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, technical, and product teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
4.Customer Relationship & Ecosystem Building:
a.Maintain and deepen existing client relationships to ensure customer success, driving upsell, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities.
b.Actively participate in industry events to build a strong ecosystem of partners (e.g., design consultants, contractors, equipment vendors) and enhance our brand presence.
5.Target Achievement & Market Intelligence:
a.Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets (booking and revenue).
b.Continuously gather and report on market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform our product roadmap and corporate strategy.
