Role Description

This is a contract-to-hire role for an Integration & Implementation Engineer with a focus on healthcare, wearables, and IoT solutions. As part of this hybrid role based in and around Sacramento, CA, you will work on-site and have flexible work-from-home opportunities. Core responsibilities include managing software and project implementations, providing technical support, collaborating with clients to ensure successful system integration, and assisting with ongoing optimization efforts. You will also liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring customer success throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Implementation and Project Implementation, with the ability to deploy and integrate technical solutions effectively.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and exceptional Customer Service to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficiency in Project Management for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the timely completion of integration tasks.
• Familiarity with healthcare, wearable technologies, AI models, IoT systems, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
