¿Tienes habilidades analíticas, excelente comunicación escrita y te interesa crecer en el sector de beneficios para empleados? Estamos buscando un Benefits Analyst para apoyar la gestión y análisis de planes médicos y ancilares con las principales aseguradoras del mercado.
Este rol implica interacción directa con carriers, PEOs y clientes, recopilación de información clave y elaboración de presentaciones de análisis de costos. Si tienes menos experiencia, ofrecemos capacitación adicional.
Responsabilidades
Recopilar información de censo, reclamaciones y planes de beneficios de clientes actuales.
Elaborar presentaciones claras, precisas y completas utilizando Excel y otras plataformas.
Organizar y enviar solicitudes a aseguradoras.
Gestionar el proceso de RFP, incluyendo seguimiento, resolución de dudas y control de tiempos.
Crear y fortalecer relaciones con representantes de ventas de las compañías de seguros.
Adquirir conocimiento sobre PPACA y terminología común en la industria de beneficios.
Requisitos
Experiencia previa en beneficios para empleados o en roles similares. Insurance Operations Roles de Benefits Analyst, Insurance Analyst, HR Operations, Comp & Benefits
Experiencia con RFP o Request for Proposals
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Alta atención al detalle y capacidad de reorganizar prioridades con mínima supervisión.
Manejo intermedio–avanzado de Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
Título universitario o experiencia equivalente en el área (preferido).
Experiencia con PEOs (plus).
