📋 About the Role

Navionyx is looking for motivated Inside Sales Interns to join our growing team. You'll be working with warm, inbound leads — people who have already shown interest in our products — and helping convert them into happy customers.

No cold calling. Real experience. Real results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow up with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Understand customer needs and clearly explain product benefits

• Build rapport and guide leads toward a purchase decision

• Handle objections confidently and professionally

• Track and update lead status regularly in Google Sheets / CRM

• Share customer insights and feedback with the core team

🛠️ What We're Looking For

• Students or freshers from Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields

• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)

• Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp-based follow-ups

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus
