Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Shinagawa-ku, for an Information Technology System Administrator. The role involves managing the organization’s IT systems, administering network infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring optimal performance of technology resources. The selected candidate will also contribute to maintaining and enhancing IT security and system reliability to support hibot's operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration, including server setup, configuration, and monitoring
- Experience in Network Administration, ensuring smooth operation and access to LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to assist and resolve end-user IT issues
- Expertise in Information Technology with a focus on system security, data protection, and IT infrastructure management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team
- Experience in implementing and managing ISMS
- Native Japanese Level a must / Business Level English preferred
