IT Intern

QpiVolta Technologies Pvt Ltd . is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to support our IT department in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Help with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Support IT team in managing user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and inventory information.
• Assist in setting up workstations, conference rooms, and IT equipment for new employees.
• Participate in IT improvement projects, research tasks, and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

• Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS environments.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Optional) Skills

• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, or cloud systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Basic scripting/programming exposure (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
