Role Description

The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Additionally, the role involves managing network administration tasks and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure to support ongoing business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
• Experience in Network Administration, including maintaining network security and performance
• Proficient in Information Technology concepts, IT Operations, and system maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with current IT tools, systems, and software relevant to the role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare or clinical trial industry is an advantage
