What you'll do:

• Own and execute the global influencer and affiliate strategy
  • spanning TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn (where relevant) and the wider affiliate ecosystem including blogs, newsletters, comparison sites, communities, and niche platforms.
• Identify, vet, and onboard creators and high-quality affiliate partners that align with Sintra’s brand and audience.
• Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and partnership terms with a focus on ROI, scalability, and efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report on influencer and affiliate performance, iterating to maximize revenue and impact.
• Collaborate with creative and performance teams to repurpose creator content for paid ads and other growth channels.
• Build long-term relationships with top creators, affiliates, and ambassadors to maximize lifetime value.

Who we're looking for:

• 2–5+ years in influencer, affiliate marketing or partnerships strategy.
• Proven ability to identify creators and run campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset to track, optimize, and report results.
• Hands-on self-starter

• Visionary

• Fluent in English .
