We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager for a Luxury Footwear & Bags company to shape and scale a global creator ecosystem across influencer partnerships, high-tier talent moments, UGC content creation, and performance-driven creator commerce. This role blends brand elevation with performance accountability, owning how the brand shows up across fashion, luxury, culture, and digital creator communities.
You will manage the full lifecycle of creator relationships, from sourcing and vetting to contract negotiation, briefing, content delivery, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate understands luxury storytelling, knows how to build long-term relationships with influential creators, and can turn creator content into both brand love and revenue-driving performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencers & Creator Commerce:
• Build a multi-tiered creator ecosystem across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and culture.
• Launch and scale a performance-based affiliate/creator commerce program focused on revenue from mid-tier and micro creators.
• Own commission structures, onboarding flows, tracking links, and monthly performance reporting.
• Maintain a healthy creator pipeline that drives both content volume and incremental sales.
High-Tier & VIP Partnerships:
• Identify and manage relationships with top creators, fashion talent, stylists, and celebrities for high-impact brand moments.
• Lead negotiations, contracts, briefs, and creative direction for paid partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales teams to support brand campaigns, product launches, events, and seasonal storytelling.
• Oversee the curation, production, and delivery of PR packages and celebrity gifting.
UGC & Always-On Creator Content:
• Build and maintain a reliable pool of creators who produce high-quality assets for paid and organic channels.
• Partner with the Growth Creative Strategist to develop performance-focused concepts for ads, paid social, and landing pages.
• Manage content approvals, usage rights, and asset organization for cross-channel use.
Budget, Tools & Systems Ownership:
• Manage and allocate budgets across paid partnerships, gifting, UGC, and affiliate streams.
• Build efficient processes across sourcing, outreach, tracking, contracts, and reporting.
• Work with platforms like CreatorIQ, Aspire, or similar tools to streamline management.
Performance, Reporting & Insights:
• Track influencer KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, revenue, CAC, content performance).
• Deliver monthly and campaign reports with insights and next-step recommendations.
• Stay ahead of creator trends, fashion movements, and emerging platforms.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or ambassador programs - ideally in fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and how content styles differ across each.
• Experience negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and owning paid + gifting workflows.
• Deep understanding of fashion/creator culture, trend cycles, and talent casting.
• A relationship-builder who can communicate with creators, agents, stylists, and talent teams.
• Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple timelines and deliverables.
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate performance and translate insights into action.
• A passion for the brand’s aesthetic and an instinct for pairing creators with brand moments.
