About The Role We are hiring a hands-on, data-driven Industrialization Engineer to bridge product design and scalable manufacturing at our production site. You’ll drive Design for Manufacturability, process validation, and continuous improvement from prototype to high-volume production, ensuring all processes are efficient, safe, and data-backed.
