Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field(e.g. Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc)
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing operations, or a related field, with a focus on IoT, Industry 4.0, or application or device integration.
• Technical Skills:.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus)
  • Familiarity with application communication protocols (e.g., REST API, XML, etc)
  • Familiarity with IoT platforms (e.g., PTC Thingworx, Cumulosity, etc).
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity standards and regulations
• Business Analysis Skills:
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience with business process modeling and improvement.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Desired Skills:

• Certifications: Industrial automation or IoT-related certifications (e.g., Certified Industrial Automation Engineer, IoT Engineer Certification).
• Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, Java Script).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, electronic).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
