Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineering Intern based in Bangalore Urban. The intern will assist in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting production efficiency, and collaborating with teams to identify and implement process improvements. The role includes tasks such as data analysis, assisting with training initiatives, and applying industrial engineering principles to solve operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and an ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting processes
• Experience or interest in Training and process improvement initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with diagnostics or life sciences industries is a plus
