Role Description

We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. You will manage incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide proactive support, and ensure a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include documenting interactions, escalating unresolved issues as appropriate, and contributing to improved customer service processes. You will work closely with team members to maintain high standards of service and support for all customers.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience with enhancing Customer Experience and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Strong communication capabilities and active listening skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and foster positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Riyadh.
