Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access for many families. The Role: In-Home RBT
We’re looking for compassionate and motivated RBTs to deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in their homes. You’ll implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by your supervising BCBA, track progress through data collection, and collaborate with families to generalize skills across daily routines.
This role is mobile, requiring reliable travel between client homes, flexibility, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clinical fidelity. You will have in-home, hands-on support as well as remote guidance from an experienced clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
- Deliver ABA therapy to develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
- Implement evidence-based ABA methods, including DTT, NET, shaping, chaining, and reinforcement strategies.
- Provide behavioral supports using visual schedules, token economies, and other proactive interventions.
- Model strategies for families to promote consistency and generalization.
- Safely respond to challenging behaviors according to BCBA-approved crisis protocols.
- Collect, record, and report session data accurately using company systems.
Collaboration & Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and apply feedback to improve therapy delivery.
- Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled
Logistics & Travel:
- Travel reliably between client homes within assigned regions.
- Maintain therapy materials and mobile devices securely.
- Adapt to home environments while respecting client/family privacy and space.
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass background and child welfare checks, and maintain required immunizations.
- Physical ability to work with children (kneel, crouch, lift 35–50 lbs).
Success Metrics
- Consistently deliver ABA therapy with high fidelity.
- Collect and report accurate session data in a timely manner.
- Build strong rapport with clients and families.
- Support meaningful progress and skill generalization.
- Engage actively in supervision and continuous professional development.\

- Work Schedule: Hours are based on client caseload; sessions are scheduled according to client availability, typically on weekdays with potential weekend hours

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
