Forta is clearing the path to quality healthcare by delivering the best possible outcomes to families all across the United States. 1 in 36 children CDC, 2023is diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access for many families. Our mission is to increase access to care via our wide range of service offerings, including BCBA direct therapy, in-home therapy, and telehealth therapy.We are working diligently to continuously improve the patient journey and deliver personalized care by applying smart technology and investing in the growth of our world-class team.
The Role: In-Home RBT
We’re looking for compassionate and motivated RBTs to deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in their homes. You’ll implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by your supervising BCBA, track progress through data collection, and collaborate with families to generalize skills across daily routines.
This role is mobile, requiring reliable travel between client homes, flexibility, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clinical fidelity. You will have in-home, hands-on support as well as remote guidance from an experienced clinical team.
