We are looking for a key player to lead our training and implementation efforts with strategic clients and government/security organizations worldwide.

# Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation processes for VIP clients locally and globally
* Deliver in-depth training sessions (both in-person and remote) with confidence and charisma to experienced, senior-level audiences
* Create training materials: product documentation, training programs, tutorials, and technical guides
* Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams: identify customer needs and translate them into high-quality feedback for Product and R&D
* Maintain and continuously update the Knowledge Base in line with new features and product updates
# Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success / Implementation / Training roles within a SaaS company – required
* Native-level English (spoken and written), with excellent presentation skills – required
* Proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives; strong presence, confidence, and ability to improvise
* Strong technical orientation with the ability to deeply understand complex systems and explain them simply
* Background in social media / campaign strategy / influence – an advantage
* Willingness to travel frequently abroad based on client needs
