What You’ll Do:
-Own the onboarding journey for new SMB, mid-market, and select enterprise customers.
-Act as the primary project manager for customer implementations, with a core focus on Salesforce configuration and integration.
-Lead discovery sessions to understand customer Salesforce setups and advise on best practices.

-Oversee all technical onboarding activities: user provisioning, Salesforce package deployment, call flow setup, and CTI configurations.
-Collaborate closely with Engineering to resolve technical blockers during onboarding.
-Deliver live onboarding and training sessions tailored to Salesforce users and admins.
-Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
-Monitor onboarding progress and escalate risks early to ensure successful outcomes.
-Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to building scalable onboarding frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years experience in Salesforce implementation, technical project management, or onboarding roles.
-Proven track record managing projects inside the Salesforce ecosystem—ideally with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
-Strong understanding of Salesforce object relationships, permission sets, flows, and integration points.
-Impeccable English communication skills—both written and verbal.
-Confidence managing client-facing meetings, technical discovery sessions, and training calls.
-Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple concurrent onboarding projects.
-Comfortable using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Zendesk, and project trackers (Monday . com)
-Experience with telephony or VoIP platforms, particularly Salesforce CTI or Twilio integrations.
-Exposure to number porting processes, call routing, or telco regulatory concepts.
