The Role
We are seeking an Implementation Manager who will be based in our vibrant Boston office, to lead the successful deployment of our cutting-edge SaaS platform for enterprise clients. In this role, you will drive projects to completion using our sprint-based methodology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences that maximize customer success.
As a key player in our customer journey, you will manage complex projects, optimize implementation processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients translating their business needs into actionable solutions.
