About the role
eVoost AI is hiring an Implementation Manager to own two things that keep the engine running: the architecture of internal systems (Notion, Drive, Jira) and the onboarding and delivery of new projects into production. You'll be the bridge between developers and the internal factory — collecting and validating project documentation, managing technical requirements checklists, coordinating go-live handovers, and making sure production (MarTech + Tech) always has complete, clear inputs on time. Your impact isn't measured in leads or revenue; it's measured in less operational friction, fewer blind project kickoffs, and a knowledge base anyone can navigate in under two minutes.
The right person is someone who spots disorder before anyone else does and fixes it with structure, not noise. You've organized shared workspaces for cross-functional teams, you document with the reader in mind, and you're comfortable chasing inputs from both clients and internal stakeholders without formal authority. This is not a creative or technical execution role — it's an operational backbone role for someone who finds deep satisfaction in building systems that quietly make everyone else's work easier. Competitive salary, equity options, and the chance to build the operational infrastructure from scratch.
The Mission
Guarantee two things with real ownership:
Your impact isn't measured in leads or conversion. It's measured in less operational friction, projects that don't start blind, and production kickoffs with complete inputs on schedule.

You Might Be a Fit If
Honest Signal
You'll be frustrated if you need to see impact in direct revenue/leads metrics, or if you prefer creative or technical execution over behind-the-scenes operations.
