About the Role
We’re looking for an Onboarding and Implementation Manager to join the Tofu team. This role will partner directly with customers to ensure they realize the full value of Tofu, from initial implementation, to campaign execution, to scaling advanced use cases.
You’ll be the connective tissue between our customers’ marketing tech stack and our platform, helping design and implement workflows that align to their goals and specifications. This is a hands-on role that blends technical implementation with marketing strategy consulting as you onboard our customers. You’ll configure workflows with tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, and Demandbase, while also helping customers design campaigns, launch personalized programs, and operationalize Tofu within their environments.
We are ideally looking for applicants based in the Bay Area though will consider standout remote candidates.
