Implementation Manager
to help us deliver a world-class onboarding experience for every new merchant.
💡 About the role
You’ll sit at the heart of our product, acting as the
main point of contact for merchants
and the bridge between sales, product, and engineering.
In this role, you will own multiple onboarding processes of new merchants from kickoff to launch and early post-launch support, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and risks are managed early.

representing FERO to our merchants and making sure they feel confident every step of the way

🔧 What you’ll do
- Own the
end-to-end implementation
of FERO’s Smart Checkout for new merchants
🌟 What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication skills — you’re
clear, confident, and build trust quickly
- Strong customer-facing experience (implementation, customer success, account management, or similar)
- Ability to
manage stakeholders and guide clients through decisions
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Proactive and hands-on — you take ownership and move things forward
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.)
- Understanding of payments or integrations
- Familiarity with tools like Postman, Zapier, or similar
- Experience with testing / UAT processes
- Basic Excel/data handling skills
