We’re seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding and deployment of our AI-driven solutions for clients across the US. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering a smooth and successful implementation experience, from initial kickoff through to full platform adoption. You’ll play a key role in helping our customers unlock value quickly and effectively.

What you’ll do

You’ll manage the full implementation process for new customers, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to define scope, configure solutions, and ensure successful rollout. You’ll run discovery sessions, advise on best practices, and provide technical and strategic support throughout the onboarding journey. Your focus will be on making every client feel confident and empowered, ensuring our solutions are fully aligned with their goals.
