Pathfinders Wanted - Join Us! We’re hiring a Implementation Consultant to help scale our platform and deliver value to customers from day one. You’ll play a key role in the pre-sales process supporting AEs and demos, the onboarding and implementation process, and driving continuous customer value. This is an opportunity to join a a high-impact, customer-obsessed solutions team tackling procurement challenges head-on and play a critical role in our customer's success.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters. What You’ll Do

• Build deep, lasting relationships with our existing and future customers
• Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to our customers
• Help plan, build, optimize, and scale our processes, assets, and systems (Zendesk & Salesforce) for serving enterprise accounts
• Develop best practice guides and product documentation to share with customers

What You Bring To The Table

• Empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency when supporting customers
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing/customer-management role
• B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
• BA or BS
• Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail
