• We want Geoscientists and Data Scientists with deep geophysical data experience to join us.
• The Ideon Geosciences team is comprised of several Geoscientific Analysts of various seniority levels.
• At a high level, Geoscientific Analysts combine data science and/or geoscience expertise with advanced Python coding skills.
• Geoscientific Analysts sit at the intersection of geoscience, data engineering, and AI, improving how geophysical and geological data are processed, modeled, and analyzed.

• Ideon HQ is located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. 90% of Ideon employees work a hybrid of in-office/remote from home and are based in the lower mainland of BC. Other Ideonians work remote from other regions of Canada, the USA, Chile, and Australia.
• Our hybrid/remote work policy? We love seeing folks in the office 2+ times a week, but otherwise, be an adult. This means having the flexibility to determine your in-office schedule while considering the positive impact of face-to-face connection with your leader and teammates.
• As Ideon is a high tech company with ambitious goals, you may occasionally be asked to be flexible with your hours while building in intentional time to recover between bursts.
