Generative Bionics is a deep-tech company building humanoid robot platforms to deploy human-centered Physical AI. We design intelligent, capable machines that work alongside people in real-world environments — developed in Genova, Italy.

Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT professional to oversee and ensure the security and efficiency of our company’s IT infrastructure. You will be the technical reference for configuration, monitoring, and support of networks, servers, and key software, driving digital innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud solutions).
Monitor and enforce cybersecurity: implement policies, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection.
Provide technical support for internal users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues.
Oversee company communication systems (VPN, VoIP, email, collaboration tools).
Collaborate with engineering and research teams to integrate systems and automate processes.
Document and update IT procedures and policies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, ICT Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in ICT roles, preferably in industrial, robotics, or deep-tech environments.
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Windows/Linux administration, TCP/IP networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
Security Skills: Experience with firewalls, backup, antivirus, and data protection.
Digital Skills: Proficient with Office Suite, ticketing/helpdesk software.
Mindset: Accuracy, autonomy, problem solving, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Valued Extras

Experience with ERP/PLM systems
Scripting (Python, Bash)
IT automation
Knowledge of English language
