All customer interaction is virtual (phone/written). This is a 100% in-office role in Edmonton, Alberta.

Key responsibilities

1. Inside Sales & Business Support (45%)

Sales Support & Quoting: Prepare detailed sales quotes and proposals; manage final order documentation.
Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for current customers, accurately responding to inquiries (orders, pricing, availability) via phone/email.
Lead & CRM Management: Qualify inbound leads and maintain precise logging of all interactions and client details in HubSpot.

2. Marketing & Content Support (45%)

Content Development: Draft initial sales content, brochures, and materials using tools like Canva and Google Office Suite.
Technical Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of User and Operational product manuals, ensuring technical accuracy.
Campaign Execution: Assist with the setup and distribution of email marketing campaigns and help with minor website updates.
Digital Content: Create regular content to post on digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
Analytics: Track, analyze, and organize marketing campaign metrics for management reports.

3. Accounts Receivable & Collections (10%)

Collections Lead: Take the lead in collections activities, managing follow-up via phone and email for overdue accounts.
Invoicing Support: Assist with the accurate generation and distribution of customer invoices and updating the aging report.

Experience: 1+ years in customer service, sales support, or administrative duties.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrated high aptitude for detail essential for documentation, technical manuals, and financial tasks.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, MS Excel (must-have), Google Office Suite, and Canva.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for professional, virtual customer interaction.
Location: Must work full-time from the Edmonton, Alberta office location.

Coursework or basic knowledge in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
