Marketing Analytics Manager Position Overview Our client, a well-known insurance company, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to join their team on a full-time freelance basis, starting on or before October 1. As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will organize and manage campaign analytics around campaigns supporting our Financial Protection & Retirement Solutions product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include working cross-functionally to manage reporting for campaigns, website engagement, content reporting, and SEO efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using digital marketing reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and Search Console.

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite at the company's Hudson Yards office in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of marketing campaigns and customer engagement metrics to drive insights and optimization strategies.
• Provide actionable insights and analysis for marketing initiatives across multiple channels, recommending ways to leverage past success to apply to future programs and campaigns

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance or other financial service-marketing industries that use digital content and marketing channels to drive engagement and demand.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing campaign analytics systems such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in website analytics and conversion rate optimization
• Experience working with a distributed team in a matrix organization or agency experience
