We’re building a learning system where behavior emerges through direct physical interaction, not from tasks, models, or controllers.

Because of that, the robot body is not just hardware. It is part of the intelligence itself.

We’re looking for an experimentalist to help bring Creature into a humanoid body (Unitree G1) and run real, in-vivo experiments where behavior is observed, not scripted.

This role is about:

• integrating AI and mechatronics as a single system

• configuring sensors and actuators as cognitive primitives

• running long, uninterrupted physical experiments

• letting behavior emerge without control logic or scripts

This is not classical robotics integration. It’s closer to embodied, developmental systems than to control-first robotics.

You will likely love this role if:

• you prefer observing systems learn from physical interaction over programming them to perform

• you are comfortable working alone on complex hardware problems

• you enjoy figuring things out without a clean spec

• you are drawn to systems that feel more like an organisms than a machines
