As an Assembly Technician at Foundation, you'll work directly on assembling the actuators and electromechanical systems that power our robots. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work alongside world-class engineers in a fast-moving, in-person environment in San Francisco.

What You'll Do

• Assemble actuators, motors, sensors, and electromechanical components for our humanoid robots
• Perform wiring, cable harnessing, and functional testing of sub-assemblies
• Document build steps and log data in our manufacturing tracking system
• Continuously improve processes and help shape how we build

Who You Are

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in building things that work
• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field — or 1-2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment

Salary:

• The annual compensation is expected to be between $65,000 - $80,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
