Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lawrenceville, GA for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will manage daily HR-related activities, including implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing HR management and employee benefits, and actively participating in personnel management tasks. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in employee benefits management, including the design and administration of comprehensive benefit programs and payroll processing
- Expertise in Personnel Management and facilitating employee relations to support a positive workplace
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Must be bilingual in Chinese and English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information
